High-Tech Center of Israel Located in the central coast of Israel, Herzliya is one of Israel’s most important cities, recognized worldwide as the “Israeli Silicon Valley. The city is a leading hub for technology and innovation, home to many startups, entrepreneur, R&D centers, academia, accelerators, investors, venture capitals and multinational companies such as Microsoft, Apple, and many others. Known for its leadership in innovation and technology continuously invests and promotes a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. That is why the Municipality of Herzliya has decided to join the CIIC activities and promote the exchange and acceleration of joint innovation and technology endeavors between Israel and China.
